We all know that Chef Kevin can brunch hard, so we're offering his favorite breakfast foods for dinner- or what we like to call brinner! Each course will feature a different Hank Sauce. (we love that stuff!)

1st. Baked Quahog Clams: bacon, bread crumbs, caramelized shallots, preserved lemon & Hank's Cilanktro sauce

2nd. Eggs Nova: poached egg with sautéed arugula & garlic, house cured Scottish salmon, Hank's Heat hollandaise, smoked trout roe & buttered brioche

3rd. (SMALL BITE) Chimichurri Hanger Steak: Gruyere egg custard, Hank's Herb Infused Hot Sauce

4th. Atlantic City Hot Chicken: Iron Room fried chicken thigh marinated in Hank's Camouflage Hot Sauce, buttermilk biscuit, boudin noir gravy & house pickles
