New Years Eve

Chef Kevin Cronin has created a special 5 course menu to welcome the New Year.

1st: Salmon tartare, cucumber, citrus crema, radish, dill & chervil 

2nd: Roasted duck leg ragu, tomato fennel sauce, duck cracklins & house linguini 

3rd: Warm mushrooms, poached egg, thai basil pesto w/ almonds 

4th: (Choice) 
Roasted Berkshire pork tenderloin, savory polenta, braised greens, natural jus 

Pan basted NY strip steak, butter whipped Yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus, dijon gastrique 

Iron Room Bouillabaisse 

5th: Choice of homemade desserts.
