Mark Callazo, an entrepreneur who fell in love with all things Atlantic City set out to open a restaurant and speakeasy that celebrated his love for food, drink and Atlantic City's past, present and future. Mark enlisted Kevin Cronin as Executive Chef, his goal was to bring globally inspired new American cuisine that focused on using sustainable, fresh local ingredients and embraced the season. The Iron Room team built what has become one of the most impressive wine and spirit collections in the country, hand selecting each bottle for it's unique qualities. Our skilled mixologist joined the team to bring Atlantic City's first post prohibition speakeasy to life creating amazing seasonal cocktails while respecting their craft and the cities long love affair with classic cocktails.
