Mark Callazo, an entrepreneur who fell in love with all things Atlantic City set out to open a restaurant and speakeasy that celebrated his love for food, drink and Atlantic City's past, present and future. Mark enlisted Kevin Cronin as Executive Chef, his goal was to bring globally inspired new American cuisine that focused on using sustainable, fresh local ingredients and embraced the season. The Iron Room team built what has become one of the most impressive wine and spirit collections in the country, hand selecting each bottle for it's unique qualities. Our skilled mixologist joined the team to bring Atlantic City's first post prohibition speakeasy to life creating amazing seasonal cocktails while respecting their craft and the cities long love affair with classic cocktails. The Iron Room has become Atlantic City's go to destination for all things craft, amazing service, and world class dining.

The Iron Room has evolved and grown over the years and in 2019 the Iron Room is making the move to TennAveAC.com in the North Beach of Atlantic City. Kevin Cronin and Mark Callazzo will join forces with Lee Sanchez of STW Hospitality to bring the Iron Room back to its roots as a progressive small plate restaurant with cheese and charcuterie. While continuing to be the driving force in the Atlantic City culinary scene.
